C3 Assurance Basic - Essential services for your business PC.  Remote administration including monitoring your Anti-Virus software, Anti-Spyware, monitoring the Windows Event Viewer for unusual OS events and alerting you via email if any action is necessary.

C3 Assurance Select - Our essential small network and PC health plan.  This plan is designed for the very small or home office consisting of one or two computers.  We will spend two scheduled hours per month on-site maintaining the systems.  This also includes a subscription to our C3 TekCheck Action Center for online support.

C3 Assurance Choice - Our Choice plan for small offices includes everything in the Select plan, but supports 3 to 5 computers. Additionally, C3 support engineers will spend 3 hours on-site for regular system maintenance.  This also includes a subscription to our C3 TekCheck Action Center for online support.

C3 Assurance Elite - The Elite plan includes everything in the Choice plan, but extends support to up to 8 computers. C3 support engineers will spend 4 hours on-site for regular system maintenance.  Additionally, the Elite plan includes 13/5 telephone support, email and remote desktop support, and includes a subscription to our TekCheck Action Center for online support ticketing.

C3 support engineers will spend 6 hours on-site for regular system maintenance.  Additionally, the Elite plan includes 13/5 telephone support, email and remote desktop support, and includes a subscription to our TekCheck Action Center for online support ticketing.
