We offer on-site support throughout the Birmingham area for networks with 2 to 75 workstations, as well as on-site support for individual computers in the SOHO (Small Office - Home Office) environment.  After hours and emergency support is also available.

Rates:

While the majority of our network design and installation engagements are priced as a project, hourly rates are available.

Our hourly rates for Network Engineering, Administration and Support are:

  - Hardware/Network Consulting & Design: $85 per hour

  - Hardware/Network Service (on-site or in-house): $85 per hour

  - Desktop Computer Service/Repair: $55 per hour

  - Software Development/Custom Programming/Scripting: $95 per hour

After-hours and weekend support (all services): $125 per hour
